MONOCHROME MOMENT #10

I can't quite believe it's that time of year again - from celebrating my 40th birthday in January to starting and finishing the refurbishment of my flat, 2017 seems to have gone by in a blur!  I'm not big on Christmas but as it falls on a Monday it seems appropriate to wish you all season's greetings with this lovely monochrome moment. 

Sometimes the simplest things mean the most:  It's not about how many presents we buy or how much food we eat.  For me it's  a time for quiet contemplation and guilt-free rest.  It's about appreciation and enjoying the moment.  

Whatever you're doing this holiday season, make sure you take a moment for you.
